Cooking: 10 minutes
- 10 minutes + time to obtain golden brown color.
- Place oven rack in middle position. Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
- Prick sausages on both sides and place them in a dish. Cook 10 minutes. Broil until golden brown.

As our sausages are fully cooked, no boiling is required. Simply prick with a fork before cooking.
Although our sausages can withstand high heat, it is recommended they be cooked on medium heat to bring out all the flavours.
Our sausages can be pan-seared, grilled or baked in the oven to a golden brown. Cooking times for each method may vary depending on oven or barbecue.
