Sun-dried tomatoes and garlic duck sausages

With these Mediterranean duck sausages, you will literally brighten up your palate. A good reason to put them on the menu at any time of the year.

Preparation

Since our sausages are already fully cooked, no boiling is required. Simply prick with a fork before cooking.

Cooking instructions

Our sausages can withstand high temperatures. It is recommended they be cooked on medium-high heat to release flavours.

Our sausages can be pan-seared, grilled or baked in the oven to a golden brown. Cooking times for each method may vary depending on oven or barbecue.

 

Oven

Cooking: 10 minutes

 

  • 10 minutes + time to obtain golden brown color.
  • Place oven rack in middle position.
  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Prick sausages on both sides and place them in a dish.
  • Cook 10 minutes. Broil until golden brown.

 

In the pan or BBQ

Cooking: 15 minutes

  • Prick sausages and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes on the BBQ or 15 minutes in the pan.
  • Turn sausages a few times during cooking to brown evenly on all sides.
