Five peppers duck and pork sausages

Delightfully spicy, these perfectly peppered duck and pork sausages never go unnoticed, and it's easy to see why!

Preparation

Since our sausages are fully cooked, no boiling is required. Simply prick with a fork before cooking.

Cooking instructions

Our sausages can withstand high temperatures. It is recommended they be cooked on medium-high heat to release flavours.

Our sausages can be pan-seared, grilled, baked in the oven to a golden brown or boiled. Cooking times for each method may vary depending on oven or barbecue.

 

Oven

Cooking: 10 minutes

  • Place oven rack in middle position. Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
  • Prick sausages on both sides and place them in a dish.
  • Cook 10 minutes. Broil until golden brown.

 

In the pan or BBQ

Cooking: 15 minutes

  • Prick sausages and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes on the BBQ or 15 minutes in the pan.
  • Turn sausages a few times during cooking to brown evenly all over.
