Cooking: 55 minutes
- Pre-heat oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
- Pan-sear duck roast on all sides.
- Cook in the oven in a roasting pan for about 45 min. or until internal temperature reaches 65 °C (150 °F).
- For maximum tenderness, tent the roast in aluminum foil and let stand for 10 minutes before removing netting; slice and serve.
