Seasoned boneless duck roast

Like roasts? Tempt yourself with our duck roast. Not only is it juicy, but it also cooks in no time.

Preparation

For best cooking results, take the roast out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before cooking.

Cooking instructions

Cook our duck roast just as you would cook a beef or veal roast. Duck roast is best served pink.

 

Oven

Cooking: 55 minutes

  • Pre-heat oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
  • Pan-sear duck roast on all sides.
  • Cook in the oven in a roasting pan for about 45 min. or until internal temperature reaches 65 °C (150 °F).
  • For maximum tenderness, tent the roast in aluminum foil and let stand for 10 minutes before removing netting; slice and serve.
